Cash Office Manager (12-month rolling FTC)

Salary: £23,000 – £26,000

Our client is looking for a Cash Office Manager to join their team on a 12-month rolling FTC. This role has overall responsibility for the Cash Offices in the UK, ensuring timely reporting to the Financial Controller.

Some of the responsibilities and duties:

  • Completing bank reconciliations, of cash and coins between SAP, banks, and investigating the differences.
  • Core cash-handling duties.
  • Ensuring all banked cheques are properly processed in a timely manner.
  • Authorising and ensuring all aged debt issues on cash on delivery ledger are cleared down.
  • Reporting cash issues.
  • Manage a team of 2 Cash Office team and a Cash Office clerk.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel with an excellent attention to details.
  • Ability to manage, maintain, and motivate staff.
  • Experience of SAP processes.
