Cash Office Manager (12-month rolling FTC)
Salary: £23,000 – £26,000
Our client is looking for a Cash Office Manager to join their team on a 12-month rolling FTC. This role has overall responsibility for the Cash Offices in the UK, ensuring timely reporting to the Financial Controller.
Some of the responsibilities and duties:
- Completing bank reconciliations, of cash and coins between SAP, banks, and investigating the differences.
- Core cash-handling duties.
- Ensuring all banked cheques are properly processed in a timely manner.
- Authorising and ensuring all aged debt issues on cash on delivery ledger are cleared down.
- Reporting cash issues.
- Manage a team of 2 Cash Office team and a Cash Office clerk.
Experience and qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel with an excellent attention to details.
- Ability to manage, maintain, and motivate staff.
- Experience of SAP processes.
