CFO – Private Equity Investment Firm
Our client is a Private Equity Investment firm based in London who’s portfolio includes Tech, Real Estate and Energy.
The role will be based in London but requires some travel to Europe. They’re looking for a Big 4 M&A background.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial strategy of the business.
- Oversee fund administration, reporting, FP&A, budgeting, tax, debt, controls, audit and risk management.
- Implement and manage appropriate fund structures.
- Manage relationships with banks and fund administrators.
